Job Description

The Jonker Auto Group (Jonker Nissan and Jonker Honda) is looking for a motivated individual for a full time Appointment Coordinator position in our Business Development Center.

Our goal is to deliver excellent customer service to every customer, every time.

In this position you will respond to customer inquiries and book appointments for service and recalls.

You will also let customers know about additional products and services recommended by the manufacturer. No cold calling.

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 5:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm. This position will include Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.

This position requires the following:

  • Organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective listening skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Ability to utilize several different computer programs at one time
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Natural ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Automotive knowledge is an asset, but, not necessary

Earning potential of $50,000+ per year. We offer full benefits after a successful probationary period including medical, dental, extended medical, short term and long term disability.
