Service Appointment Coordinator

The Jonker Auto Group (Jonker Nissan and Jonker Honda), located on the Langley By-Pass, is looking for a full time Service Coordinator for our inbound/outbound Call Center.
In this position you will answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding regular service, recalls and parts.
You will also let customers know about additional products and services recommended by the manufacturer.
No cold calling.
Our hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm.
This position will include Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.
This position requires the following:

• Pleasant telephone manner
• Computer literate
• Ability to utilize several different computer programs at one time
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Natural ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Automotive knowledge is an asset, but, not necessary
